Upside Down or Sideways

It all just depends on how you want to look at the world.

Walk and Talk

It might have been her walker first, but I will still tell Georgia which buttons to push.

Splash Park

If I could just learn to walk, I think the splash park would be even more fun.

National Aquarium

Most of the aquatic life we have seen has been either on our plates or well on its way.  It was nice to have a different perspective.

Chips and Limes

We love Mexican food, and I can't wait to try the even more authentic variety.

Snack Share

Georgia does a pretty good job sharing with me so I don't mind it when she helps me with my snack.

Back to Reality

It is back to reality and back to our own beds

Bon Voyage

It was a quick trip but we sure had lots of fun.

Farm Hands

Feeding cattle and cleaning out the horse barn -- it is all in the day's work of a good farm hand. Georgia even hopped on the back of Penny for a ride around the corral. We never got to meet him but we know Great Grandpa Doyle would have been proud.

Swimming Hole

I'd be crazy to turn down a ride to the swimming hole.

Elephants on Parade

Whatever Georgia is doing I usually want to be involved, and riding the elephant is no different. I am usually just a few steps behind her at all times.

Berkshire Break

Beating the DC heat and heading to The Berkshires to visit GrandVal and Granddad was a great idea.

Pearly Whites

It took me more than a year to finally get some teeth. And of course they are all coming in at once, which means I am a little grumpy at times. Georgia already has her full set so she is headed to the dentist in a few weeks for a check up.

Edamame

The name is fun to say but the taste is even better.
